Currently Firefox uses the RLBox fork of wasm2c https://github.com/PLSyssec/wasm2c_sandbox_compiler
Now that the upstreaming of changes from the RLBox fork of wasm2c to upstream is nearly complete, This bug moves Firefox to use the upstream wasm2c https://github.com/WebAssembly/wabt
This change also requires an update to rlbox_wasm2c plugins.
