When there's no analysis available for a component, we want to show a card that links off to fakespot to begin the analysis.

There's a hazy overlay on top of undefined stuff in the background, might be an opportunity to tuck in an easter egg?

This is separate from the state shown after the user clicks, which is captured in a separate bug.
