1840154 - Create "refresh to see analysis" component

After the user has started the analysis, we show a slightly different card.

Right now there's a button that invites users to click and click. We'll need to either remove the button and say "we'll show you results as soon as they are ready", or allow one click and then disable the button for 30-60 sec to avoid hammering the backend.

As in bug 1840153, there's a hazy overlay on top of undefined stuff in the background, might be an opportunity to tuck in an easter egg or reuse the background from there.
