Steps to reproduce:

Selected View > Not Deleted, changed to a different folder and back.

Actual results:

View was back at "All".

Expected results:

View should remember "Not Deleted", like it did in previous Thunderbird versions.

Haven't confirmed precise regression window, but it's definitely in 115.2.2.

Bug 1821623 seems analogous but I can't tell if it's actually the same underlying bug. Bug 1838589 seems like a good match with more interaction.
