I have exactly the same problem since the update to Thunderbird 115 - also with the last version 115.2.0
When using Thunderbird I have not noticed any problems so far except for the 3-6 crash reports that are generated every time Thunderbird is started.
When the Realtek audio drivers are uninstalled, there are no more crash reports - the Windows 10 drivers (High Definition Audio device) are then installed.
But then the Realtek Audio Software does not work anymore - so it is not a real solution.

Searched bugzilla for other crashes.
I found two bugs with patches - they only added the module to blacklist:
- Bug 1233556 - crashes in nahimicmsiosd.dll
- Bug 1360029 - Crash in TppCallbackCheckThreadAfterCallback
