1851140 - Get new messages button not fetching

Steps to reproduce:

I have 5 mail accounts of which 4 have passwords stored one does not.
Since the Get messages icon is too small I added the Get messages button to the toolbar. After opening thunderbird and pressing this button only the messages where the password is noted stored are processed. To fetch messages from that account where the password is not stored I have to press the tiny icon button.

Actual results:

Using the Get messages button from the toolbar the messages are not fetched from the account which password is not stored.

Expected results:

Pressing the button from the toolbar all accounts should be proccessed including that with the password not stored, showing the dialog box to enter the password.
Because it is just a workaround for the small get messages icon, thas should be replaced with a Get messages button, like the New message button beside it.
