User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/117.0
Steps to reproduce:
Updated this morning to 115.2.0 (64-bit)
Clicked the Get Messages button
Note that each account has "Include this server when getting new mail" in its Advanced Server Settings
Actual results:
Got messages only for Gmail (which has a stored password because of the Gmail third-party issue). Did not get messages for all other accounts, each of which requires entering a password the first time Get Messages is done in a session. The menu pick File>Get New Messages for>All Accounts also fails (and Shift+F5 also fails). The only way that I'm able to get new messages is to do File>Get New Messages for> and then select each of the six accounts, one at a time. Btw, the Get Messages button worked perfectly yesterday and for many years before that, so the update to 115.2.0 obviously caused the problem.
Expected results:
Clicking the Get Messages button (or File>Get New Messages for>All Accounts or Shift+F5) should get messages for all accounts, prompting for a password for each account the first time it is done in a session, and not prompting after the first time.
Right click the button in the folder pane header and select "Get All New Messages", also see bug 1837152.

Hi Francesco,
Thanks for the idea. Turns out that a left-click on it works fine. So, I guess the bug is that the Get Messages button on the toolbar does not work, while the Get Messages button (same icon!) in the folder pane header does work. Strange! As a programmer myself, I'd think that they would call the same code. Regards, Joe

Hi Wayne,
I don't know if the release that I updated from was 115.1.1. It's very likely, since I tend to install updates as soon as they're available, but I can't be certain. Is there a way to determine the release that I was on when I updated to 115.2.0? Regards, Joe

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for the explanation on how to get the update history...very helpful! So, turns out that I did NOT update from 115.1.1. The update was from 102.15.0 (20230826133440).
Btw, your instructions are missing a step. They should be (in 115.2.0):
Help > Troubleshoot Mode > Troubleshooting Information > Show Update History
