Steps to reproduce

1. Open the browser console.

Expected result

• Title bar alongside minimize, maximize, and close buttons are displayed.

Actual result

• Title bar is not displayed.

Unfortunately this was not resolved by bug 1852879. The developer tools and library windows still have this problem, as do some windows in Thunderbird.

Looks like we're hitting Bug 779939 here, i.e. window type is miss-configured.

The titlebar in bookmarks window is also gone, looks like bug 1852879 didn't solve that.
