1861684 - Update telemetry expiration from 122 to 134

We initially set our telemetry to expire in 122, at the end of the year, but this project looks like it will continue for a while. Let's push it out a year, to Firefox 134.

The steps here:

• update version numbers for probes defined in /browser/components/shopping/metrics.yaml
• update version numbers for the shopping probes defined in /toolkit/components/telemetry/Scalars.yaml
• the data renewal request is much simpler than a data review; the template is https://github.com/mozilla/data-review/blob/main/renewal_request.md, just attach it to this bug and request data-review from me. you can get the bug numbers for the original data reviews from the yaml entries for each probe.
