We'd like to fast-track bug 1853896 and I currently don't have the time to add a test for this. There are minimal tests for overlink status in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/test/statuspanel but they don't seem to help much here, we basically need to write something from scratch here.

It should be possible to also have a test for bug 1850993 by calling XULBrowserWindow.setOverLink("https://example.com"), then entering DOM Fullscreen mode.
