-moz-NativeHyperlinkText needs to be removed (causing comm/mail/test/static/browser_parsable_css.js failures)

With the above I still get locally
comm/mail/test/static/browser_parsable_css.js
FAIL missing moz-icon://stock/gtk-dialog-info?size=dialog referenced from chrome://global/skin/global.css -
Dunno what that's about. It's still there in toolkit - https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/68b1b0041a78abd06f19202558ccc4922e5ba759/toolkit/themes/linux/global/global.css#29
