We want to launch an experiment that's ready by release 123 to test rediscoverability for Review Checker. We add new strings in Bug 1876198, Bug 1876199, and Bug 1876200. However, we cannot uplift these strings since we've already passed the 123 string freeze deadline. To work around this, the patches for the aforementioned bugs will temporarily place the strings in the preview FTL file so that we can uplift their changes.
This is a followup bug to move the strings to the permanent location that's exposed to localizers in nightly 124, once those strings are ready.
