I have verified this enhancement using the steps from here and I can confirm the following:

• The wallpaper_highlight_dismissed telemetry event is successfully recorded if the "X" button from the feature highlight was dismissed using the "X" button.
• The wallpaper_highlight_cta_click telemetry event is successfully recorded if the "Got it button from the feature highlight was clicked.
• The wallpaper_category_click telemetry event is successfully recorded if the stack of wallpapers button from the "Other" section of the "Customize" panel is clicked.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly 128.0a1 (Build ID: 20240609205151) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 14.1.1, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64.
