Hi Dan, I couldn't reproduce. Just to confirm, do you mean the navigation bar is on the bottom? (bar with forward, back, menu etc)
The address bar is still on the top? (The bar with URL)

This is by design. The navigation bar will always be at the bottom, independent of the address bar's position.
