Details

When setting up an EWS account, as soon as I've selected it and hit "Done" the account is created.
The account should not be (permanently) created before it's been authenticated. This is the way it works for IMAP/POP3 as well.
When clicking Done, the OAuth2 (or other auth) process should take place, and if the configuration can't be verfiied this should be explained in the setup window, the way it works for IMAP (just cancel the OAauth2 login to see what it looks like).
