Steps to reproduce

1. Go to burger menu
2. Select "New Account"
3. Select "New Email"
4. Login with valid Outlook credentials.

Expected result

• No errors are displayed in the error console
• No stability issues occur.

Actual result

• Accounts Hub displays an infinite loading animation and TB completely froze (needs restart)
• Outlook accounts used is [e-mail]
• On Windows and Ubuntu the process goes along, but with the errors provided in bug 1975400.

The infinite loading is fixed, might have other issues though tracked in other bugs.
