The bookmark fields are not entered/updated correctly.  Specifically, the add
dates are not used for the actual addition date, and instead is being used by
the last visited date.  Both fields are imported empty from Netscape 4.xx versions.

Also, the feature to schedule bookmarks to look for web page updates and notify
of the changes is not working at all.
