Selecting the themes or extensions preferences in Firebird 0.6 leads to a blank
list. While themes and extensions appear to install normally, more or less, this
problem means that I am stuck with the last successfully-installed theme and my
extensions are stuck with the default settings. This means I can't customize
TabBrowser, remove blocks from AdBlock, and so on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. app menu > Preferences
2. click on "Themes" or "Extensions"
3. see that list is blank

Frustration followed

Displayed the list of installed extensions for configuration or themes for
removing or selecting

2. Tools > Options > Extensions

See only Web Developer 0.21

3. Select Web Developer 0.21
4. Click on Setting
