Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8
When grouping the scroll arrows on the scrollbar together, the bottom arrow
appears hidden behind the window resize tab.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set OSX to group scroll arrows together in preferences
2.Load URL that requires scrolling
3.The bottom arrow is now covered by window resize tab
Actual Results:
The window resizing tab covered the bottom scroll arrow, making it unusable.
Expected Results:
Both arrows should be visible and appear above the resize tab.

Adam, can you please take a look at bug 215362 and tell me if that sounds right?
i.e. the problem isn't there if the status bar is visible?

By the way, Adam, if you replied to this bug by email, could you please follow
the link to the website and add your reply using that page?
Replying by email doesn't work. Your mail gets eaten up and nobody ever sees it.
It used to bounce, which let you know that it didn't work, but it's stopped
doing that, unfortunately.

Having the same problem in Firefox .8. Using Mac OS 10.2.8. On Powerbook G3
500Hz Pismo. Using Smart Scroll where both scroll arrows should be at bottom of
screen, only the top arrow shows. Same when switching general preferences to
top and bottom arrows...only bottom arrow shows. Only exception is when going
to the Mozilla.org site to get information, then arrows show normally. Any
other web site only gets top arrow.

The status bar is displayed.
If window size is contracted, an arrow will begin to hide from a certain point
like a screen shot.

Ah, I see. Slightly different method of generating the bug, but it looks
probable they'll have the same root cause. I guess we leave them as separate for
now.

This isn't about tiny windows, it's about the chrome code not taking into
account the Mac resize widget, and unlike bug 48798 it's Mac-specific.
The Seamonkey homolog of this is actually bug 56488. Whether the code that
causes this bug has forked between the two browsers, I don't know, but I'll set
it as a dupe of that for now. If the code has forked between the browsers, then
it shouldn't be a dupe at all (but probably the same cause as bug 215362).
