215362 - Scroll arrows partially hidden when status bar hidden

When I hide the status bar via the view menu the vertical scrollbar moves down
to the bottom of the window and partially gets hidden by the window's resize
handle. I'll attach a screen shot in a minute.

Instead the resize handle should take up space and the vertical scrollbar should
stop at its top.

Isn't this a Core XPFE bug as in bug 56488, and not Suite/Firefox specific?
