This may be a dup of bug 262420
The behavior regression window for both bugs is
Pass: Mozilla Windows32 Trunk 2004-08-24-07
Fail: Mozilla Windows32 Trunk 2004-08-25-08

This needs a minimal testcase. Please don't file layout bugs as NEW without one...

The testcase and url work for me now, using a 2004-11-25 trunk build (I can see
the bug with a 2004-11-23 trunk build). Most likely fixed by bug 209694.
