I have been working on the JS Test Library and would like to have limited CVS
commit access to js/tests. 

I have been working in evangelism for some time, have had cvs commit access to
www.mozilla.org but have not been involved in submitting many patches for the
browser. The minor browser bugs I have worked on are:

Bug 229639 Various invalid XBL documents due to extraneous text
Bug 229726 spinbuttons.xml is iso-8859-1 not utf-8
Bug 229804 CSS Errors in content/x?l/tests
Bug 229809 CSS Errors in xmlterm
Bug 229812 CSS Errors in themes
Bug 229814 CSS Error in layout/doc/obsolete/layout.css
Bug 234959 SVG GDIPlus String bustage

They certainly do not rise to the level of what a normal hacker needs to have
accomplished before asking for CVS access. The current scope of the work I have
been doing on the JS Test Library can be found at
<http://bclary.com/2004/10/03/javascript-test-suite#resources>.

If the Contriution form I submitted for access to www.mozilla.org is
insufficient, please let me know.

Just for the record, the ssh key got mailed to cvs-admin.  I'll hang onto it
until the account is created.
Bob: Looks like everything is in place, I will just need you to fill out the CVS
contributor form (www.mozilla.org/hacking/) and return it to me.
