I'd prefer to have the ownership discussion over in bug 287346.
That is the registration bug, this is merely CVS access for Ilyas.

Could you comment on that bug about the status? Note that in comment #2, gandalf
may have been confused by the different bugs, we would like to see you guys
join forces, as a team is more likely to succeed in the challenges of the
various releases.

I sent hard copy to you but got no result. I sent it now again(as attachement), just check it out. If not,i will look around to fax it to you or snail it with post mail. just need your international fax number and new fax number(as i looked through bugs i found that fax number changed and there are problems with sending them).

I would claim to help for the browser folder.

I'd like to see one zip for all of the 1.5.0.x source, though, as currently
the comments on the attachements don't say.

Please request approval-l10n (set flag to ? on the attachement) once we have
that.
