Need to reimplement the bookmarks reset, get the extension disabling implemented, and look at what else is needed.  Possibly duplicate all of the options from Clear Private Data, for one-stop profile repair.

Bookmarks reset works due to places being off for Fx2
Disabling all extensions works (bug 311015)

The rest is minor enhancements, and will have to wait until Fx3
