339331 - Synchronize Lightning and Sunbird

This is a tracking bug that should help getting Lightning an Sunbird more in-sync. Please make any bug that deals with Lightning-Sunbird inconsistencies to this bug.

A first (and incomplete) list of affected areas would be:
-printing
-display of calendar colors in the calendar list
-task list details
-Hide days off
-Hide tasks in views
-clipboard
-exposed preferences (alarms, default event length, *categories*, etc)
-new event start time (lightning = midnight, sunbird = current hour, both are probably wrong in day/week view)

Is there a bug filed for synching the view-switching mechanism in Lightning and Sunbird (is this bug 329582)? Because the differences seem to bite me in bug 189416 comment 43.

We don't block on meta-bugs.  Most of the dependencies here do block though.

Resolving as WFM.  Please open new, non-meta bugs on any future Sb/Ln parity issues.
