We'd need an default assignee and QA, only one of which should be nobody.

Also, should it be fa-IR and not just fa? Most of our bug components are from back in the days when we didn't have short locale names nor Firefox, so I think we should follow the locale codes that are actually used to day for bug components like we did back then.

You're right, that's better to use "fa".  I just asked for who "he"/"he-IL" is.

I'm against having "Farsi" in description.  So I prefer to use:
"Persian translation (ترجمهٔ فارسی)"

But if you *want* to have it, please use:
"Persian (Farsi) translation (ترجمهٔ فارسی)"

I know some other locals show Country name in parenthesis, and there might be some confusion.
