405231 - create the "Smart Bookmarks" folder and queries for existing profiles

fix the "Places" folder for existing profiles

note, this impacts all of our firefox 3b1 users.

we will want to have fixes for bug #399477, bug #404797, and bug #404871 (for new profiles) checked in first.

Fixing this will also fix #404689

as mentioned to beltnzer in the hallway, before we fix this, we need new wording for bug #399477 (which is not a p1 / m10 blocker)

the other side of this coin is to remove the pre beta 2 "Places" folder, but as dietrich points out over IRC, that may very well be wontfix because.  I'll log a spin off bug for discussion.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
