Attached file My SVN SSH Public Key (obsolete) —
Hi, I'd like to get SVN commit access. I'm a contributor to the fa l10n project.
My CVS account request is underway in bug 417682 for fa l10n. I'll post a note here when that's done.
I need write access to the following locations:
  svn.mozilla.org/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/fa/
  svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/fa/
  svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla-europe.org/trunk/fa/
(The first and third directories don't exist yet).

I'm also attaching my SSH public key. I have already signed and sent a contributor form in bug 411679.

Thanks.
I would like to ask for L10n SVN access for Ehsan, for the Persian (fa) language.

I reported bug 417763 for mozilla-world/mozilla-europe. Have you reported any for addons?

Account created and access granted to the above paths.

Please note that the SVN username is your full email address, and some SVN
clients may need escaping or other configuration to accept the @ in the email.

I tested my account, and it doesn't seem to work. I followed the instructions at <http://wiki.mozilla.org/SVN>, but upon initiating the SSH connection, putty gives me the following error:

---------------------------
PuTTY Fatal Error
---------------------------
Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available
---------------------------

What can I do to make it work?

Thanks!
Our Polish localizer has written a tutorial to have SVN set up for Windows, maybe it can help you :
http://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Staszyk/SVN_over_SSH_on_Windows
Thanks Pascal, but those instructions seem to be identical to those at <http://wiki.mozilla.org/SVN#Windows>. I have followed them step by step, but I get the same error message no matter what.
Reopening, as per comment 6.

I've double checked everything server side and it looks ok. You were briefly removed from the SVN ldap group. Are you still having trouble with this?

Yes, still the same problem. I'm using Putty 0.60 which is the latest version. Here's the config I'm using:

Server: svn.mozilla.org
Port: 22
Auto-login username: ehsan.akhgari@gmail.com
Private key for authentication: the putty generated ppk file

The server putty tries to connect to (from its title bar) is dm-svn02.mozilla.org.

I also tried using ehsan.akhgari%gmail.com, ehsan.akhgari%40gmail.com and ehsanakhgari@gmail.com as the user name, to no avail.

What should I do? Do you even see my connection attempts in your server logs?
I'm not sure if this was happy with your multi-line key. I stripped out the comments and concatenated to one line.

Give that a try?

Still no lcuk. :-( Same error message.
Can you use PuTTY Key Generator and re-generate your key? When you do, attach the new key (copy-paste it from PuTTY into notepad and save that). Saving it from within PuTTY is good but the format is incompatible with OpenSSH's authorized_key format. The top part of the key gen program says "Public key for pasting into OpenSSH authorized_keys file:" - that's what I need.

You'll also need to reconfigure your Pageant client to use this new key pair.

Sure, here's the new key. Let me know when it's in place so that I can test it.
Attachment #303497 - Attachment is obsolete: true
Added - let me know if that one works.
Thanks, everything's working now! :-)

I was not sure if I'd need to file a new bug or re-open this one, but I guess I should be reopening this because I already have an SVN account.

I need access to the AMO l10n repo (svn.mozilla.org/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/fa/) on my account, in order to work on the fa AMO localization (bug 382581). Wil can confirm this if necessary.

Thanks!
