[Originally from http://hurddocs.org/, URI is simplified test case]
I have used CSS-P to split the screen into 3 sections. This middle one is
intended to scroll up and down. The scrollbar on the right works, but the
widget doesn't change, until you go away from the window and then come back.
This has been happening for sometime, but 2000062308 Linux build this morning.
I have also confirmed with others in #mozillazine. (Who if I'm lucky will also
chime in shortly! <grin>)
Note: There seemed to be an additional bug on Win32 under NT which cause the
page to appear blank under the page was scrolled - this is not related.

I believe there is a similar testcase and bug report (somewhere), but for now
I'll just link this to the tracking bug for fixed|absolute positioning && gfx
scrollbars.

This no longer occurs on linux in build 2000062820 - I checked after evaughan's
changes at around 15:00 bugzilla time, so I suspect that the other scrollbar
fixes helped. Thanks!

Actually as it turns out, there are a couple of problems with this example on
mac and win32 (but not linux), but those have been filed as bug 44297 and
bug 44298. I'll just leave this as fixed, and mark this verified, since those
bugs cover the remaining issues for this example. Thanks.
