45327 - Tracking newsgroups/subscribe-UI and behavior changes

1.Use "Clear" instead of "Reset" to be consist with Search and Filters. (Covered 
in Bug 45320)

2. 4.x checkboxes are being used. If possible, empty black boxes for 
unsubscribed newsgroups should be displayed, and centered,  under the "Enabled" 
column. A checkbox in the box is displayed if the newsgroup is subscribed. This 
makes it more apparent to users how to subscribe/unsubscribe to a newsgroup. At 
a minimum this dialog should use the same graphic that the Filters dialog is 
using (using green/gray diamonds). 

3. Type down Search will NOT be implemented (As the user types, newsgroups 
matching their criteria remain in the list box while items that don't match are 
removed.) . BUT, Type down matching will be implemented.  As the user types in 
the "Newsgroup" text field, the closes available exact match is highlighted in 
the list box. 

4. Remove "this space for rent" from the bottom of the dialog  :-).

5. Multiple selection should be allowed in the list. (P4)

6. The drop-down list should contain icons in front of the server names to 
differentiate between IMAP and NNTP servers. (P2)

7. Hovering the mouse cursor over a newsgroup name which has been truncated 
should cause a Tooltip to be displayed. Currently, this can't be done for 
truncated names and NOT for names which are not truncated. So, it was decided 
that for this dialog, tooltips would always display the full name of the 
newsgroup.  (For both truncated and non-truncated names)

Expand/Collapse is out. (Covered in Bug 45320)

Sort by columns is out

Only issue #6 is still valid. Filed Bug 115108 for that. Other issues are 
fixed, not applicable anymore or covered in another bug.

verified.  I've checked the list carefully.  Bugs have either been filed, or
they are implemented.
