45329 - Can't add attachement to bugzilla bug

Tried to add attachment to Bugzilla bug 45328, but while doing it, the N6
browser just kept thinking and thinking, never got anywhere.  Had to add
attachements using other browser.

This worksforme in 071208 mozilla build on NT4 and win98.  [e-mail],
Were you able to reproduce this problem consistently?  If so it looks like a
commercial only issue.

Just tried attaching to this bug, still can't do it, so yes I can reproduce
consistently.  I'm using win95 and trying to attach a jpeg from my desktop.   It
is probably either a commercial build only issue or a win95 specific bug.

sorry for the bad typing... that is what I get for using Mozilla for bug

Thanks Asa and Alan.  Who in QA should I assign this to in order to test it on
the commercial build?  What to find someone to repro my experience.

adding qawanted keyword and adding ckritzer and tever to cc: with the hopes that
one of them can look into this further

OK< I think htis is the same problem reported at 46498.  duping it against that
one.  also some fixed and worksforme bugs with similar topics. bug 39203, bug
36281 and a bugzilla size limit bug 34320 (probably not the problem)
