STR: 1. Click the "all tabs" button 2. Click outside the 'all tab preview' that appears 3. Nothing happens Expected results: Tab preview should be closed on this action.
Flags: wanted-firefox3.1?
Confirmed with a clean profile on: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2pre) Gecko/20081105 Minefield/3.1b2pre ID:20081105032350
It would be nice for at least this bug or bug 463213 to see for Firefox 3.1 as it's really not obvious how to close the tab preview window when don't want to select a tab presented.

Seems to be windows only. Or at least it's working on OS X. Clicking anywhere outside the gray preview area closes the tab preview. Scrolling the mouse when the cursor is outside the area also closes the preview. Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2pre) Gecko/20081105 Minefield/3.1b2pre
Yes, this is the same underlying issue as bug 460560, a regression from bug 451300.
I didn't realise this was a regression as I've only just started playing around with the all tab preview. However, the escape key does work as intended for me on XP x64.

Not a button combination that's very intuitive to me. The point is that pressing Ctrl (and Tab) is a way to open the panel in the first place.
Dao, isn't it the same issue as bug 461950?
Bug 460560, bug 461950 and this one are all the same issue.
Flags: blocking-firefox3.1?
Ok, at least bug 460560 is pressing a key while bug 461950 and this one is about a mouse click outside of the panel. The latter ones should be combined into one bug. That's why marking as dupe of bug 461950.
