Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Yes, this is a very useful improvement. Every field should be searchable. The default search from the search bar, should look in every field.

(In reply to Richard from comment #0) Richards, thanks for your valid and useful RFE, which is appreciated even though we're generally lacking the manpower to implement all those goodies... You certainly have a point to bundle these together as they all relate to main AB view, but for ease of administration and better chances of implementation, pls try to file one small issue per bug. So let's start dissecting ;) ... > Strong desire to add notes field to the columns in AB search view (other > fields not currently supported could be handy too) Yep, that's on record as bug 118976, to which I'll duplicate this bug. > and to be able to edit > directly in the search results. Indeed, that would be so nice, and is a very old wish: bug 92321. We're lagging behind on AB as a new AB has been in the pipe for some time but hasn't seen the light yet, so volunteers might be shy to invest work in existing AB (although it's certainly worth it as you never know...) Edgardo, sure, that's AB quicksearch bug 298438. Thanks for encouraging others to vote, that's an often neglected feature of bmo bug management.
