We introduced an evil regression bug (bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=470426) in last night's 0.8 release, rendering the SUMO forums basically unusable.  Here's the fix.

Please clear smarty template cache, memcache and NS after updating.
