Activity Manager: Enable UI
When some client code has landed that creates activities, we should uncomment the code that makes the UI available.
We're not ready for this yet, but here's the patch to enable the UI when we are ready (assuming it doesn't bitrot etc).

Although we have landed some stuff we haven't got themes on Windows and Linux yet (although some of it may display reasonably well).
as a starting point, I've put the pinstripe activity manager theme stuff into qute - I'll try to compare it to the mac version and see if the displays are reasonably equivalent.
The bottom "toolbar" with the "Clear List" button is pretty style-less, some CSS from the Addon Manager might be useful.
