In bug 487455 and r24317 , I broke the <label> for the experimental confirmation checkbox. What needs to happen is... 1) The "What's this?" link needs it's own l10n string 2) The rest of the experimental confirmation description, install_button_confirm_exp_install, needs to be moved back to the <label> tag
