1) The current version at the top is all lopsided to the right.

2) Originally from bug 441739, "What's this" on both buttons has a weird line break in the middle of it.

"The "What's this?" link is part of the label. Clicking it will check/uncheck
the checkbox."

This may or may not be a good idea, I am undecided.

Yeah I guess at the very least it's unexpected behavior, which is never a particularly good idea.

Comment 0 part 1 will very soon be fixed by bug 494866. The label stuff is now bug 495309.
