Figure out if we still need to special case bullets (note: they have nsBulletFrame rather than nsTextFrame). Currently there are seem to be a lot of workarounds in our code for dealing with bullets. (Also, note, keep an eye on bug 496783 which might break zoomtext wrt bullets?)
