In the 2000090704 Win32 Commercial build, the caret fails to render if I click
to the right of a line of text. The only way to get it to render is to click
right over the last character in the line.

I'm seeing this in textareas and composer, not textfields. This wasn't happening
yesterday.
Nominating for nsbeta3+ so we can check in a fix for this.
