The RDF files for ISPs (AOL, GMail, .Mac) are now obsoleted by the new Account Creation wizard and the ISP DB. The latter supports all of those.

I had already removed GMail and AOL from the build, but overlooked .Mac. I also forgot to delete the aol.rdf, gmail.rdf, googlemail.rdf and dotmac.rdf files. Fixing that, and updating the README.

So afaik SeaMonkey doesn't use the new account creation wizard yet and so don't know if they want to keep this for the time being.

The patch also needs to do the relevant changes to packages-static and removed-files.in (e.g. see bug 515479).

On the bright side, this is pretty branch-safe, though I'm on the fence about whether it ought to go there.

I'm inclined to doubt that SeaMonkey would actually miss it if we took it away, since SeaMonkey actually *has been* missing it since the combined package-manifest landed a couple of months ago, and apparently nobody has actually missed it, or felt the need to study the package-compare output on a Mac tinderbox, since.
