As reported by a user in the GetSatisfaction forum (http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/shortcut_get_mail_arrow).
(the menu item accesskeys imply that ctrl-t should just check the current account)
Needs investigation.

Following on GS for now ? If we get a lot of these we'll need to think about a workflow.

Ctrl+[Shift]+T was removed by Bug 527467 long ago, in favor of bug 458069.
-> invalid.
I think [Shift]+F5/F9 currently do the right thing (as-designed), and I haven't heard otherwise.
And we really have enough bugs to make "Get mail" better for everyone wanting to get mail for one, some, or all accounts.
