When incomming messages is stored by message filters to different directory than inbox, Dock icon doesn't show red bullet with number of unread messages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set up message filter which will move incomming message to different directory than Inbox
=> when message arrives, Dock icon not shows red bubble with count of unread messages
Actual Results:  
red bubble in Dock icon is not refreshed when new message comes which is moved to different directory than Inbox by filters

Expected Results:  
Dock icon should show unread messages count for messages which apply for any of message filters
