Details

It would be great to get started with an about:support page for Thunderbird to help the q/a and support people out.

Initially I think we should just grab the Firefox about:support page, adding a menu item to the Help menu for "Troubleshooting Information..." which opens a content tab.  Most of this would be coming from bug 518607

Next patch could provide better links to a redirect for Get Satisfaction which posts some initial information into the GS issue comment entry.
