No scroll bar appears.When window size is small.

And  the following title and description is too long at the top-right pane.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with "NEW profile".
2. Install  several add-ons.  And restart browser.
3. Re-size window to small size.
4. Tools > Add-ons.
(5. Click "Update add-ons" at upper right. (this step is optionally)).

Actual Results:
 No scroll bar appears

Expected Results:
 Vertical & horizontal scroll bar appear if necessary.

Alice, I can't reproduce it on Windows and OS X. Do I have to install special add-ons with long descriptions or what is necessary to get into that state?

In stall 10 more add-ons, and some of them should be an old version.

So, the problem here is that there's not horizontal scrollbar. There is a vertical scrollbar, but its scrolled out of view (thanks to the lack of a horizonal scrollbar).

Looks like the scrollbars disappear under 700px width on Mac. Changing the platforms to all.

This looks like bug 435652, which was FIXED, has become unfixed again...

I see this every time when I check for addon updates and one is found. The green message doesn't wrap, which I think is the main issue. This is on Linux, using a maximised window on a 1200x1024 display.

The header is gone so this issue is basically not a concern any longer (though we have issues with scrolling still to correct in other bugs).

Depends why you are seeing no scrollbar, got a screenshot?
