Details

Commands like "Report Web forgery" and "Report broken Web Site" have a more logical mapping to the site identity panel, then the browser level help menu (which contains commands like restarting Firefox without any extensions installed).

Interestingly we're considering unifying this UI again but it probably makes no sense to keep this bug open...
