If I go to View then I change themes. The progress bar doesn't work and the location bar doesn't show a new url when I click on a bookmark. Build ID: 2000113004
Once again, reporter please report only one issue per bug, thanx. The second part of the bug is a dup of bug 61916 (which is unconfirmed because it also contains two issues, sigh), and I am actually looking for a confirmed duplicate but I cannot seem to find it. Please file a new bug about the progress meter, so this one can be marked a dup of bug of whatever bug I find concerning the URL bar. Thanks. Fabian.

The URL bar part of this bug is actually bug 61991. The bug about the progress bar is actually bug 62434 which also contains 3 issues (sigh again). We'll see with bz what do about all these dups. Fabian.
Resummarizing, keeping only one issue, since the other is a duplicate. This bug is now the reference for the progress meter bar issue of skinability. Confirming because of the duplicate bug 62434. Bug 62434 was not dupped to this one because it contains more than one issue (it will be resummarized). Fabian.

confirming with 2000121204 win95 mtrunk. as mentioned in 62434, multiple open browser windows all have progressmeter failure with skin change. opening a new browser window returns functionality.
