Details
(Keywords: access)
- open navigator
- click in the url bar to set focus explicitly
- click a url on the personal toolbar or pick one from the bookmarks menu
- type up/down arrow
expected:
- contents should scroll up/down, content area should have focus
actual:
- nothing happens
Works fine when typing a url into the urlbar and pressing enter.

0.9.5 (2001101117): Still see the problem; even if I "click in the url bar to
set focus explicitly" or not

when a page is loaded initially (selecting url from bookmark, etc.) or a new
browser window is opened (doing ctrl+N) , the focus is on the url bar and not on
the content page. I suppose this is done purposely.
