Details

I started by giving a glance at bug 606208.
I noticed SeaMonkey reports a lot of "ASSERTION: XPConnect is being called on a scope without a 'Components' property!".
test_bug549192.xul is the first test to report it (and it doesn't do that with Firefox).
That lead me file this bug.

The initial port was done by bug 557496.

I'll try to resync' as much as possible, fwiw.
