In bug 637842 we resurrected the machine.
In bug 641940 we re-installed Win2008.
I can reach the machine through its IP: 10.250.49.229
... but we can't reach the machine through its hostname: win64-ix-ref
... and we can't reach the IPMI's IP: 10.250.51.50
This does not block.
I will not ask for other machines to be imaged out of this one until at least Wednesday.

There are at least two issues here.
1) Possible DNS issues.
2) 10.250.51.50 is the correct IPMI address, but despite being upgraded to 2.01 firmware, the IPMI cards still have difficulty talking off-subnet.
Both were blocked Friday due to RedFlag.

FTR I updated the hostname of the machine to win64-ix-ref and added build.mozilla.org as the primary DNS suffix.
