674607 - take a snapshot of one of the Windows 7 64-bit machines

Before we clone any slaves in bug 667024 we need to take a snapshot of one of the Windows 7 64-bit slaves since we updated the drivers in bug 671260.

The previous w764-ref machine died so we need to take one of the current slaves (t-r3-w764-00[1-5]).

Might as well add bug 656175 unto the machine so we don't have to take another snapshot in few weeks time.

We figured out that after idleizer was deployed the t-r3-w764 stopped working.

I upgraded buildbot for this host as indicated in:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReferencePlatforms/Test/Win7_64-bit#Install_Buildbot

All good for the snapshot to be taken.

This is getting pressing and more attention will be given to it since we have win64 builders that need testers to test the builds.

If I can get zandr to help me take the snapshot I can get it done asap. I just don't fully understand the steps required to snapshot these systems.
